We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Your card will not be charged at this time. It will be saved on file for my cancellation policy. To ensure I can accommodate all of my guests needs, I require 24 hours notice when canceling or changing the duration of an appointment. If I receive less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the service total. If you no call/no show you OR cancel day of, you will be responsible for 100% of the service total. I also ask that you leave kids at home. If children are brought to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and pay the 50% fee. Thank you for understanding and I hope to see you soon!
